In the electric heating element industry, the main material of the electric heating wire is iron chromium aluminum, nickel chromium electric heating alloy. Iron-chromium-aluminum and nickel-chromium electric heating alloys generally have strong oxidation resistance. The reason why the heating wire is normally damaged during the production of the heating wire is that when it is calcined in the furnace, it will contain various gases, such as air, carbon atmosphere, sulfur atmosphere, and hydrogen and nitrogen atmosphere. Components have a certain impact under high temperature use. Although various electric heating alloys have been subjected to anti-oxidation treatment before leaving the factory, they will cause damage to the component to a certain extent in the transportation, winding, installation and other links, and reduce the service life. . In order to better extend the service life of the heating wire, the customer performs pre-oxidation treatment before use. The method is to heat the installed electric heating alloy component in dry air to be heated below the alloy maximum allowable temperature of 100 -200 degrees, keep it warm for 5-10 hours, then slowly cool with the furnace. The advantage of this is that the life of the heating wire can be used longer.
