Product features of Half Gold Coating Quartz Infrared Heater Lamp:
  1. The infrared wavelength range is 0.5-2μm.
  2. The inside heating filament is tungsten material and the inside tube is pumped into vacuum condition, then filled with the protective gas. 
  3. The half-gold-plated coating is made of imported golden water and special process. It can help to concentrate more than 90% of the infrared heat in the same direction. Compared with using the traditional reflector, it will reduce energy loss.
  4. It has higher heat efficiency and more energy saving.
  5. The coating is firm and non-shedding, and the reflectivity is higher than the semi-white-plating. 
  6. Fast speed, 100% power output within 3 seconds, and cooling quickly.
  7. Safe, pollution-free and environmentally friendly
  8. The installation is convenient and the life expectancy is over 5000 hours.
  9. The diameter of the double hole tube is 11 x 23mm and 15 x 32mm. The maximum length is 4 meters.
  10. All kinds of voltage, power, and length can be customized according to customer's requirement.
